What happens now?
We will check the reservation and send you bundled information in pdf format. It tells you exactly how to find the Boxly location and the instructions for the access app.
You will receive the SMS link for this app in the early hours of the morning of the first day of the rental.
Simply download the app and you’re ready to go. The app gives you access to the location, lift, lifting platform and your personal box.
You can share this access app with family or coworkers. You can withdraw this authorization at any time and you can always see who was in your box at what time. You always remain the main tenant and therefore responsible for your storage unit.
