Boxly self-storage access with the Nokē One system
The key to the location, entrance door, lift and lifting platform and to your personal storage room works very simply via app.
No more lost keys and badges, no forgotten passwords, no key handover and no deposit for the key.
Always take your cell phone with you so you have access to your box
The app is developed for iOS and Android and provides an increased level of security. You can pass on a digital key to grant access to a family member, removal company or colleague. This shared access can be revoked by you at any time and you can always see who was in your box at what time.
Access to the site and access to the storage room is quick and easy with the Smart Entry System:
1. download: On the first rental day, you will receive an SMS with an invitation to download the app. Setup: After downloading the app, you will be asked to enter your phone number and the 6-digit code contained in the text. You will also be asked to set up a password.2. access: Once the app is set up, the access icons for the entrance, lift, lifting platform (where available) and the door lock will light up as soon as you are within one meter.
3. unlock your storage room: Simply click on the white area, which then turns red. Unlock in the app and push the door latch manually.
You simply close your box by hand (without the app) by sliding the latch shut again. Use of the elevator to the exit is always without an app.
4. share: If you want to share the digital key with someone, open the app and in the top right-hand corner you will find the option to share access. Simply enter the cell phone number of the person you want to share access with. The invitation to download the app will be sent. The recipient must follow steps 1-3 above.
Please note: The app works with WLAN, 4G and Bluetooth.
If there is no stable internet connection via 4G/5G, you can log in to our location WLAN. The code can be found on the information boards at the entrance doors.
Tip: The app works best with Bluetooth.
Access times and opening hours
All Boxly locations are open daily and accessible with your app.
Access to your storage room:
Daily from 6:00 to 22:00 (after hours on request)
Access seven days a week, 365 days a year
If it doesn’t work out:
- The app works with WLAN, 4G and Bluetooth. If there is no stable internet connection via 4G/5G, you can log in to our location WLAN. The code can be found on the information boards at the entrance doors.
Also switch on the Bluetooth, the app works best with Bluetooth. - It may happen that the app hangs. Then a reset will help. To do this, press the round arrow next to the entrance
- If that doesn’t help, you can log out completely and log in again. Go to the very bottom of the app and then to Log out again at the bottom. Then log in again.
- Have all invoices been paid? It can happen that an invoice is lost. But if this has been the case for several days, the system can block access and only release it again after payment.
- No access to the elevator? An elevator door may not be closed because there are objects in front of the sensor.
It can also happen with goods lifts that the doors have to be closed manually and other users have not done this.
Always check carefully that the elevator doors are actually closed.
